 We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Eddie Rockets Dundrum. If you are passionate about hospitality then we would love to hear from you.

Applicant Requirements:

• At least 1 years’ experience in a busy F&B venue

• Have a keen eye for detail

• Approachable and friendly

• Good work ethic

• Team leader characteristics and abilities

• Fantastic customer service skills

• Flexibility with shift times

The role:

• Ensure the smooth running of the diner

• Help Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff

• Respond to customer queries and complaints on shift

• High standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

• Deliver fantastic customer services

• Bring a positive attitude to the team to ensure a happy work environment.

• Learn about P&L’s, labour costs and GP’s

• Help compile all end of week paper work

• Comply with and ensure all policies and procedures are being adhered to

• Have a thirst to learn, improve and develop
